    Providing our customers with a safe and secure shopping experience is critical for us. Your credit card transactions are encrypted and our servers are secure to protect you and your information.   3. How do I return my order?
    All items are eligible for returns if processed within 14 days of initial purchase. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received into our distribution center.
    Once your return has been processed, you will be issued a refund to your credit card. Please review the terms and conditions on our return page.

  4. How long will it take to get my order?
    Once the payment process has been made we try our very best to ship within 24 hours or earlier. We use USPS for all U.S orders so depending on what kind of shipping you choose will determine how long it takes to get to your destination. Standard shipping which is FREE takes 5-7 business days. Priority takes 2-4 business days and Express takes 1-day delivery. Now for all International orders, it depends on the country and where it is being shipped. It will usually take around 7-10 business days though after processing time.

  5. Who do I contact if I need help?
    Our friendly customer service team can be contacted by emailing support@ricettimoda.com You can expect a response within 24 business hours.

  6. What if something is out of stock?
    We will remove the out of stock items from your order ship the rest of your order. You will not be charged for the out of stock items.

  7. How do I return defective good?
    Our items 99% of the time are not defective as we have a quality check before shipping out the clothes. But since we are human and mistakes can be made. If that were to happen you may return your order to Ricetti Moda within 72 hours of receiving the order if they are defective. You will receive replacement goods via the same shipping service you chose during check out. Please report claims using the return page.

  8. How do I know my correct size?
    We provide a size chart on each page of our designs, measurements are standard, but bodies? Not so much. Email support@ricettimoda.com to get more specific.
